Chr. Höver & Sohn GmbH & Co. KG is investing in new high-performance furnaces for heat treatment at its Lindlar site. With this modernization, the company is responding to increasing demands for energy efficiency, process accuracy, and product quality.
The new systems enable precise temperature control and homogeneous heat distribution throughout the entire furnace chamber. This allows the heat treatment process to be controlled even more precisely, resulting in reproducible material properties and consistently high product quality. At the same time, energy consumption is significantly reduced – an important contribution to the company’s sustainability goals.
“The new furnaces are an important step in making our production fit for the future,” explains Marcus Kramer, Head of Sales. “We are combining increased efficiency and quality assurance with a measurable reduction in energy use. This enables us to continue supplying our customers with high-quality products and reliable delivery performance.”
With this investment, Höver & Sohn further strengthens its position as a reliable partner for demanding forged and ring-rolled products. The company continues to rely on modern production technologies to ensure long-term competitiveness at its site in Germany.
Höver & Sohn will be exhibiting at the Stainless Steel World Conference & Expo 2025, taking place from 18–20 November 2025 at the MECC Maastricht (The Netherlands), Stand F23, and looks forward to meeting customers, partners, and industry professionals there.
