Capitol Engineering Co., a Phoenix-based metal fabrication company, has announced that it plans to double its revenue over the next four years and expand its workforce, as the company’s move to its new 11-acre, 120,000-square-foot industrial facility is complete. Capitol Engineering is preparing for substantial planned growth over the next four years to over USD 50M in revenue and is on pace for 40% year-over-year growth in 2025. The company will also increase its workforce by 25% by the end of 2025 and is targeting 50% growth in headcount by the end of 2026.
The company’s new fabrication facility, located at 1945 W. Broadway in Phoenix, nearly triples the size of its former operations. The move and expanded operations will support the company’s growth plans.
