Novastilmec signs a cooperation agreement with Danieli

Novastilmec and Danieli have reached a cooperation agreement, with Danieli acquiring the 30% of the shares of Novastilmec, an Italian company located in Garbagnate Monastero, near the lake of Lecco in northern Italy.

Novastilmec specializes in high-performing processing lines for steel, aluminium, brass, copper and titanium coil strips.

The partnership will allow Novastilmec to expand the business volume, and Danieli to expand the product range of the downstream finishing of steel and nonferrous flat product business.

This cooperation will permit the two companies to expand the business towards the downstream service centers worldwide.
