Mr Joop Sassen will be appointed as chairman of the Management Board of Royal Van Leeuwen. Joop Sassen has been with the company since 1992 and has been a member of the Management Board and CEO since 2007.
Mr Hans Weerstra and Mr Vincent Geerts will be appointed to the Management Board. Mr Weerstra has been with Van Leeuwen since 1999 and is currently a member of the Executive Board. Mr Geerts has been with the company since 2021, as CFO and also as a member of the Executive Board.
