Henrik Melsom has been appointed as Senior Vice President of Wood’s Norwegian operations, where he will focus on expanding the business in oil and gas, new energy solutions, and process industries.
Wood’s Norwegian business is heavily involved in energy security, decarbonisation, and the lifetime extension of offshore and onshore assets.
Before joining Wood in 2019, Melsom held various positions at Aker Solutions, including Vice President of Service Engineering Governance, where he was responsible for new services, operational support, digitalisation strategy, and technical governance.
