PrepMill series is crafted to enhance operations, offering a robust, swift, and mobile solution for modifying weld ends.
Suitable for various tubes, including those made from stainless steel and high chromium alloys. Engineered with precision, the machine features dual taper roller bearings, providing it with stability, strength, and a compact design. A standard machine is equipped to cover 25 to 122 mm ID (1″ to 4,8″) with a 116 mm cutter head.
PrepMill is also available with electric motor – with variable speed control and enormous torque. Electric drive is interchangeable with pneumatic one and can be purchased separately at any time.
Portable solutions for all tube sizes: QUICKFACER (8-38 mm), HYPERMILL 56 (20-175 mm), and SMARTMILL 9 (40-219 mm).
