SSMW acquires Allied Alloys LP

Stainless Steel Midwest (SSMW) has completed the acquisition of Allied Alloys LP, headquartered in Houston.

Allied Alloys, established in 2006, boasts a monthly production output of around 10,000 metric tons (11,023.11 tons) of recycled metals. The company operates a comprehensive scrap procurement network spanning North and South America, with a diverse clientele across over 20 countries in Europe, Asia, and Latin America.

 In light of the acquisition, both SSMW and Allied Alloys are dedicated to facilitating a seamless transition for their employees, customers, and stakeholders.
