Centravis has announced that Fritz Boschitsch is leaving the Board of Directors, which he Chaired for the past three years. In a statement, the company said: “His contribution to the development of Centravis is priceless. Mr Boschitsch is a walking encyclopedia of stainless-steel tubular industry knowledge; he knows everybody, and everybody in the industry knows him. He brought a lot of first-class specialists in various fields of our business, and our production managers enjoyed his regular presence in our shops. He proposed several members of our existing Board of Directors, including current Chairman Mr Hans-Jürg Schär. Fritz Boschitsch is a legend in the stainless-steel industry, and we are grateful that we could take advantage of his knowledge.”
Centravis also recently appointed Mr Artem Atanasov Sales Director, replacing Alexander Novak, who will continue to be a Centravis Board of Directors member. Atanasov has been with Centravis since 2015, working his way from Purchasing Director, to Chairman of the Board at the tooling plant in Nikopol, to Chief People and Corporate Culture Officer.
