GS-Hydro is credited for introducing the innovative non-welded pipe assembly technology. This clean and time-efficient technology, along with an improvement of the environmental impact, guarantees better technical performance and ease of operation, and thus proves especially useful in continuous or extreme working conditions.

The agreement envisages the acquisition of subsidiaries in various countries, as well as the manufacturing unit of the Finnish head company GS-Hydro Oy, including intellectual property and international certifications.

The total price agreed upon for the acquisitions is EUR 9M.
