KrisEnergy Ltd., has announced that the Board of Directors has appointed Kelvin Tang, CEO, as Executive Director and Kiran Raj, CFO, is appointed as Alternate Executive Director. Additionally, Sally Ting, KrisEnergy’s General Counsel, will take over the role of Joint Company Secretary (together with Jennifer Lee from Intertrust Group), effective 9 November 2017.
