The multi-zoned electric furnace is equipped with a conveyor belt drive, silicon carbide heating elements, a controlled hydrogen atmosphere, including an analyser used to monitor dewpoint and oxygen levels for process and safety purposes. The brick-lined heating chamber, which includes a silicon carbide hearth that supports an Inconel muffle, is designed to operate to 2100 F (1148 C). The 18” wide conveyor belt provides 6″ work clearance and travels through a 60″ effective heated length.
