As of 1 August 2015, the ship design company Ulstein Sea of Solutions is renamed Ulstein Design & Solutions (UDS), while the equipment company Ulstein Idea Equipment Solutions is renamed Ulstein Equipment (UE). Edwin van Leeuwen and Gilbert Rezette enter positions as managing directors of the respective companies.
The holding company for the Ulstein Group activities in the Netherlands is renamed into Ulstein Netherlands in which Sigurd Viseth takes position as managing director. He will also, on behalf of ULSTEIN, become chairperson of the Board in the Dutch companies.
Further to the name change, Ulstein Equipment will move offices to Almere as of 21 August 2015.
