Metalloinvest supplies steel for Bugrinsky Bridge

Bugrinsky Bridge has been opened in Novosibirsk. The rolled steel for this unique construction was supplied by Metalloinvest company Ural Steel.

At 380m long and 80m high, Bugrinsky Bridge has the longest arch span in Russia. The arch span is connected to the bridge by 9km of steel cables. Total length of the bridge exceeds 2km.

Metalloinvest is the largest manufacturer and supplier of high-quality steel for the Russian bridge construction industry. Apart from Bugrinsky Bridge, Metalloinvest has also supplied steel for the construction of a bridge across the Oka River in Nizhny Novgorod and a bridge to Russky Island in Vladivostok. The company also supplied steel for the construction of Olympic facilities in Sochi (Fischt Olympic Stadium, among others).
