Solomon Associates, the performance improvement company for the global energy industry, promoted Bill Glasscock from senior consultant to vice president of Consulting. In this new role, Glasscock will lead Solomon’s consulting teams in delivering data-driven performance improvement to clients worldwide.
Additional duties for Glasscock as the vice president include providing on-site and home-office project management and overseeing Solomon’s client engagements. He will also provide analytical, tactical and strategic support for Solomon consulting engagements.
“Bill has continually proven himself an invaluable member of the Solomon team”, said Dale Emanuel, President of Solomon Associates. “He has an innate ability to discover issues, define problems and develop innovative solutions. We are thrilled to have him lead our consulting team.”
Glasscock previously served as a senior consultant for Solomon’s Workforce Optimization (WFO) Consulting services. He was a project manager for NCM3 performance improvement projects, Q1 Day 1 projects, and WFO projects.
