Changes at KCI Publishing

KCI is developing as a media and information company. During the last few years we have opened offices
around the world and developed new and successful concepts for brands and products. To guard the growth
and stability of the KCI Group of Companies, two major changes have taken place.

• Thijs Elshof (37) has been appointed as the new CEO of KCI and will be fully responsible for all
  strategic and tactical operations of the KCI Group of Companies. He will report to the Executive
  Board. Thijs joined KCI in 2001 and has been responsible for various operations throughout the
  years and has lately been responsible for the development of the KCI Toronto office. He will focus
  on further organic growth for the KCI Group.
   

• Donald Wiedemeyer (53) has been appointed as Chairman of the Executive Board of Tertium Invest.
  For the last fifteen years Donald has been KCI’s CEO. Tertium Invest is the major shareholder in the
  KCI Group of Companies and has participations in 4P Communications GmbH, Mediamixx GmbH,
  and Stainless is More. Donald will focus on the long-term stability of the KCI Group and will further
  develop the various companies in the Tertium Group.
