Kentz bags 2 EPC contracts in the Middle East

Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Business Unit of Kentz Corporation, the holding company of the Kentz engineering and construction group, was awarded two contracts in the Middle East region valued at circa USD 18M.

Kentz will replace the existing control system and associated electrical and instrumentation services in the onshore oil fields of Habshan for Abu Dhabi Gas Industries (GASCO). The scope covers the full range of multi-discipline engineering and construction disciplines with upgrades to the injection compressors, including replacement of the existing control system with up to date technology, compressor auxiliary panels and gas turbine field instrumentation.

The second contract is for a new client in Abu Dhabi, and has been awarded as part of an on-going agreement, whereby Kentz shall execute multiple scopes under the management of a specialist contractor. Under the terms of this contract, Kentz will provide multi-discipline engineering and construction services.
