A specialist in the field of duplex and super duplex stainless steel materials, Teuling Staal is a leading supplier of duplex and super duplex stainless steel pipes, fittings, flanges and special products for the Oil and Gas, and Offshore industry. The company boasts an extensive stock range primarily supplying to a Western European customer base. Teuling Staal will benefit from Van Leeuwen’s extensive international network in the Middle East, Asia and Australia. This acquisition coincides with Van Leeuwen Pipe and Tube Group’s strategy to strengthen their product portfolio and services to the Oil and Gas, and Offshore industry. Van Leeuwen has already built up duplex stocks in Singapore and in 2010, the company set up a specialized sales team and stocking location for the products in Aberdeen, Scotland.
