Maruichi Steel has changed their corporate name and the capital increase of their affiliated company in India, Kuma Stainless Tubes Limited. They have changed their name to Maruichi Kuma Steel Tube Limited to demonstrate full support of Kuma products and services. The capital increase comes as a result of the increase in demand for stainless steel in the auto and two wheeled vehicle industry. An increase in production capacity is necessary and the capital increase will be applied to necessary investments for expansion, equipment and working capital
