China: coal-fired generation units

Guodian Inner Mongolia Energy, a subsidiary of GD Power Development has received approval from the National Development and Reform Commission to build two 600MW ultra supercritical coal-fired power generation units. Inner Mongolia Energy will install high efficiency electrostatic precipitators, desulfurization, denitrification and online monitoring devices in the two power generation units in order to meet the government’s environmental protection standards.
