GK-4, based in the town of Znamensk, in the Astrakhan region, has announced a USD 64 million plan to build a gas turbine power station in the town. The station’s electricity power is reportedly to total 44MW and heat power is to be 26GCal. Construction is scheduled to be completed in late 2010.
