As of 1 November 2007 Mr Paul O’Malley became Managing Director and CEO of Bluescope. In August of this year he became the Director of the board. Mr O’Malley joined the Company as its CFO in December 2005 and in this role was responsible for leading the Company’s finance and IT functions including mergers and acquisitions, treasury, tax, accounting, audit and investor relations.
