Sandvik Materials Technology, belonging to the worldwide renowned Sandvik Group, has ordered surface inspection systems for two of their stainless AP lines for a total of now four inspection systems by Parsytec. The order includes the parsytec 5i standard application “Coil Decision”. This application automatically generates objective and reproducible decisions about the produced coil quality and resulting tentative actions. The coil judgment is done by rule sets integrating inspection- and other quality-related data.
