Condesa, a Spain-based welded tube producer, is testing its new stainless tube mill in Legutiano, Spain. The plant is scheduled to be fully operational next February. The new plant, which is adjacent to Condesa’s Fabril facilities, is the company’s first move into stainless, and has two production lines for round tube.
