Castell Iso-Lok introduces its 100% stainless steel padlock. Designed for use in hostile environments where there is a high possibility of corrosion, such as in chemical and pharmaceutical applications and marine environments, the padlock is also suitable for applications such as food processing, where a high level of hygiene is required. All components of the padlock, including the locking mechanism, which has no springs, are made from Grade 316 stainless steel and are guaranteed against corrosion. The padlock bodies are 35mm high. They are available in three shackle widths of 5, 6 and 8mm, and two shackle heights of 20 and 50mm. For added security, the key remains captive when the shackle is open.
