Mr Jon L. Thompson, president, ExxonMobil Exploration Company, and vice president, Exxon Mobil Corporation, will retire on 31 May 2004. It is anticipated that the board of directors will appoint Mr A.T. (Tim) Cejka as president, ExxonMobil Exploration Company, and elect him a vice president of the corporation effective 1 June 2004. Mr Cejka is currently an executive vice president, ExxonMobil Exploration Company. Mr. J.L. (Johnny) Hall, currently vice president, Geoscience, ExxonMobil Development Company, will become an executive vice president, ExxonMobil Exploration Company, effective 1 June 2004.
