Tube Tech Machinery (Cazzago, Italy) has introduced its 5-axis Flying Laser Cut-Off Machine. It is designed for speed, ease of use, safety, reliability and flexibility. It is a fully controlled four-axis cutting system plus a head with capacitive sensor to ensure a perfect cutting quality. A cooling system is also provided together with the machine. The complete cutting system has been installed on a very strong frame so to avoid any kind of installation or vibrations problems when in use. The machinery is fully automatic 32-bit CNC, with no manual regulation needed. If required, our TSS (tele supervision system) can operate the machine by a remote location. With linear motors, speeds OF up to 120mt/min. are possible.
