In its meeting on 23 August 2001 the supervisory board of Krupp Thyssen Stainless GmbH appointed Giovanni Vespasiani as a member of the company’s executive board with retroactive effect from 1 August 2001. Vespasiani succeeds Attilio Angelini, who resigned his seat on 25 July having reached pensionable age.
