ThyssenKrupp’s Middelmann to chair steel

ThyssenKrupp AG’s new board member for steel will be Ulrich Middelhof, filling the space vacated by Ekkehard Schulz, according to a report in the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung. Cromme is vacating the position as part of his becoming sole management board chairman, once his erstwhile co-chairman Gerhard Cromme becomes supervisory board chairman. Middelhof is also tipped to be vice-chairman of the management board, the report said.
