Soya processor to invest in Mato Grosso

The Brazilian soya processor, ABC Inco, will invest R$ 95 million in a new processing plant and wharehouses in the region of Rondonopolis in the state of Mato Grosso. Processing capacity will be 350,000 million tons. Construction will begin early next year. Another project for the company is expansion of its facility in Uberlandia. With these investments the company hopes to increase annual production to 1.5 million metric tons from 500,000 metric tons by 2003, and to triple its current turnover of R$ 260 million.
