13 SKK Migas projects to start production in 2014

Special Task Force for Upstream Oil and Gas Business Activities (SKK Migas) has 13 oil and gas projects planned to commence production in 2014. Total production capacity from all projects is 954MMscf of gas per day and 194,121 barrels of oil per day.

Some projects that will commence production include Sisi Nubi 2B, Mahakam Block with Total E&P Indonesie as the operator and Senoro gas development with JOB Pertamina-Medco Tomori Sulawesi as the operator. Mahakam has a target production of 350MMscfd in the first quarter of 2014, while Senoro plans to commence its production at 8MMscfd and 250 barrels of oil per day in the third quarter.

Three projects that were formerly targeted to have their production in 2013 will also commence to produce in this first quarter of 2014. Ridho Field operated by Odira Energy Karang Agung will produce of 1,200 barrels of oil per day, Gundih Field developed by Pertamina EP will produce 50mmscfd and 600 barrels of oil per day, and Bayan A Project with Manhattan Kalimantan Investment as the contractor plans to produce 15MMscfd and 250 barrels of oil per day.
