In 2008–2011, Strabag acted as the general contractor for the construction of Heavy Plate Mill 5000 at Vyksa Steel Works. “By signing the general contractor agreement, we have finalised the main contract package for making the currently largest investment project in Russian metallurgy a success. Strabag will join our partner team for the Chusovoy project, which already includes Danieli, Siemens and Magnitogorsk Gipromez.
